Conditions Payment & Booking Terms   On confirmation of your booking a deposit of 30 % of the total rental cost is paid in 5 days after booking. These can be paid by Credit Cards or EFT to our Bank account . No extra confirmation of receipt of the deposit is normally given.   Final payment is due to 45 days prior to the start of your rental. In case of late bookings, made less than 45 days prior to the rental, full payment is due immediately.   Always quote our booking reference and date of travel with any correspondence or payment.     Change Of Lettıng Period; For any kind of alteration to a confirmed booking an administration charge of 50 € will be levied. Changes of the letting period of the accommodation booked must be confirmed by us in writing. If the accommodation is to be changed after booking confirmation / invoice has been issued this will be considered as a cancellation and a new rental contract will be required.    Cancellatıon; Before travelling you may cancel the rental contract at any time. A written declaration must be submitted. A cancellation becomes effective on the day when the declaration is received and the following charges will be incurred.- up to 60 days prior to the start of rental - 30% of total rental cost- between 60 and 46 days prior to the start of rental - 50% of total rental cost- after 45 days prior to start of arrival - 100% of total rental cost    • We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance which should cover these costs under somer circumstances.     Cheap travel insurance, Holiday insurance, and backpacker travel insurance for travellers and holidaymakers living in the UK or other European Union Countries is offered to you by Globelink International.Travel and Backpacker Travel Insurance with us means great cover at a very low cost threfore more money to spend on your holiday itself.   Bodrum Yacht Rentals Booking Team :)
